Due to the current global pandemic and events beyond our control, USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety as a priority. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped and reach out to USPS for more information if your order is delayed. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your product. Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday in the order in which it was received.

The shipping speed chosen at checkout will take effect once the order has left our facility.

Please note: during busy periods, a new collection launch, or a sale there may be some delays

International Shipping

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS BACK AND AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE!!

 **PLEASE NOTE**  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATIONS FEES, INCLUDING CUSTOMS AND DUTIES.  UNFORTUNATELY, LUCA + GRAE DOES NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER ADDITIONAL FEES IMPOSED FOR SHIPMENT AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.  ORDER PLACEMENT IS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THIS MATTER.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders placed for pre-ordered items will be shipped as inventory becomes available. Estimated ship date will be reflected on product listing as well as in cart. 

Please note: Orders placed with pre-order items as well as in stock items may be delayed until pre-order item is ready to be shipped. If you would like your in stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in an order separate from your pre-order.
